Job Description
This remote position is tailored for Mumbai-based candidates, offering the chance to work with an international blended process during the day shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues.
Requirements:
- Education: HSC or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Freshers can apply; however, 1+ years of experience in customer service or BPO is preferred. Flexible for rotational shifts from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Work from home: Good internet and power backup required.
