Job Description
Microgenn Software Solutions seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. You will assign and inspect tasks, schedule shifts, train staff, manage supplies and equipment, handle complaints, and recommend hiring or disciplinary actions. Perform cleaning when needed and report repair needs. Requirements: proven housekeeping or hospitality experience, working housekeeping knowledge, MS Office proficiency, ability to multitask, stamina to stand long periods, strong organization, time-management, customer service and communication skills. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹14,00–₹18,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, food provided. Work location: In person.
