Job Description
MGS GOLD seeks a Customer Care Executive to manage high volumes of incoming calls, generate sales leads, assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction, and build lasting relationships through open communication. Provide accurate, valid information using appropriate tools, and meet individual and team sales targets plus call-handling quotas. Full-time, in-person position. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹22,00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and paid time off.
