Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will expertly manage customer interactions across various channels and ensure accurate record-keeping through our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage professional incoming and outgoing calls
• Respond to customer queries via email and WhatsApp
• Efficiently process customer inquiries
• Maintain sales flow data in ERP system
• Follow up on quotations and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years in CRM or customer support
• Proficient in CRM tools and ERP systems
• Graduate in any stream
• Residing in Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹18,00/month | Benefits: Provident Fund
