Job Description
We are excited to announce that MERVICE INFOTECH is hiring for the position of Premium Customer Care Executive.
Location: Sugam Business Park, 6th floor near RDB Cinemas, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 70091
Salary: ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 CTC, depending on interview performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Mandatory Versant 5 score
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Experience in international BPO preferred
