Job Description
Job Summary: Mervice Infotech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Male Kiosk Attendant. You will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs from the airport while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide passengers to their vehicles.
- Assist with booking and onboarding.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with drivers for smooth operations.
Requirements: Previous airport experience, fluency in English and Hindi, and a pleasant personality are essential.
