Job Description
Job Summary: Mervice Infotech is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Male Kiosk Attendant to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs from the airport while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting during unforeseen situations, and collaborating with drivers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and be fluent in English and Hindi.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹24,00 – ₹27,00 per month
