Job Description
Join our Customer Relationship Management team as a CRM Executive reporting to the CRM Manager. You will manage customer data, track leads, quotations, orders and dispatch status in the CRM, coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and Accounts, ensure timely follow-ups on orders, payments and service issues, handle customer queries, and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Maintain data accuracy, monitor lead conversions, support management with data analysis, and enforce CRM discipline. Requirements: Graduate (any stream), 1–4 years in CRM or sales coordination, manufacturing experience preferred, preference for married candidates. Permanent, in-person role. Salary ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
