Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert prospective leads into paying customers.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, managers & PG operators.
- Conduct property visits and pitch offerings in person.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals with a solution-selling approach.
- Maintain sales funnel and daily updates via CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Represent MentorBeep in local markets and events.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of field sales experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in Marathi, English, or Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Must own a laptop and personal two-wheeler.
- Comfortable with on-field sales and local travel.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
