Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
– Organize supplies, assist with scheduling and prepare reports.
– Support accounting with invoicing and data entry.
– Maintain filing systems and assist in onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; administrative certification is a plus.
– Proven experience as an office assistant.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
