Job Description
Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1.8 LPA Variable
Experience: 0–2 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate live webinars and provide real-time technical support.
- Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues.
- Respond to participant queries via email and chat.
- Update participant databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology.
