Job Description
MEDS Hospital is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients, stakeholders, and vendors, both on the phone and in person
- Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining their records
- Assisting patients with medical forms and processing payments
- Transcribing physician notes and managing multi-line phone calls
- Updating patient insurance information and ensuring confidentiality
- Managing office supplies and preparing customer bills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,550.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Expected Hours: 48 per week
Work Location: In person
