Job Description
MediaVibe, a leading digital marketing agency, is assisting Hills and Tree Resort in Wayanad to find a dedicated Guest Relations Executive. This role is essential for creating memorable experiences for our guests at this luxurious nature-inspired resort.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an approachable personality, and the ability to manage guest inquiries and complaints professionally. Responsibilities include assisting guests during check-in/check-out, coordinating with departments, and promoting resort amenities.
