Job Description
Medcal Consulting is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Kozhikode, Perinthalmanna, Trichur, or Palakkad.
As a primary point of contact for clients, you will address property inquiries, manage site visits, and provide post-sale services. Your role will involve building long-term relationships, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records in CRM software.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of Admin/CRM experience, and fluency in English.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month, operating on a day shift schedule.
