Job Description

Mdistribution is hiring an Accounts & Operations Executive to support our Jeddah-based business. Responsibilities include posting journal entries, preparing sales invoices and order sheets, sending customer statements and payment reminders, and producing daily/weekly/monthly reports. The role requires basic coordination with the Jeddah team and regular use of WhatsApp Business. Candidates should have basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, accuracy, responsibility, and a willingness to learn new software and processes. Fresh graduates are welcome. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role aligned with Saudi working hours. Salary range: ₹18,00–₹25,00 per month.
