Job Description

Location: Manjeri. Full-time telecaller needed for an architecture and engineering institute. Responsible for outbound and incoming calls, following up leads, explaining courses and admission procedures, maintaining student records, and achieving daily calling targets. Requires good communication in English/local language, basic computer skills (MS Excel, email), ability to work under pressure, and a positive, persuasive attitude.
