Job Description
Join MAZUS as a Receptionist, the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and assist guests throughout their stay. We seek individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of efficiently handling front desk operations.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing inquiries, and maintaining financial records. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
