Job Purpose: The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) develops relationships with clients, promotes microfinance products, and provides financial literacy guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients in rural areas.
- Assist with loan applications and disbursements.
- Monitor repayments and offer financial guidance.
- Educate clients on financial literacy.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Valid driving license, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in rural areas.
