Job Description
Maven Medical Center is seeking a Telecaller to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
✅ Make outbound calls for follow-ups and appointment confirmations.
✅ Provide information on services and procedures.
✅ Maintain patient records and databases.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation preferred. Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹18,00 per month | Schedule: Day shift
