Job Description
Mastermind Healthcare RCM Tactics is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Semi-Voice Customer Service Representative. This role involves:
- Client Interaction: Professionally handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- LinkedIn Engagement: Connect with prospects and share updates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records.
- Follow-ups: Regular communication with prospects via calls and emails.
