Job Description

Job Purpose

To teach, research, and contribute to the academic development of the Finance discipline while supporting students’ learning and career growth at Master School of Management, Meerut.

Key Responsibilities

· Teach undergraduate and postgraduate finance courses (e.g., Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, International Finance).

· Guide students in projects, internships, and dissertations.

· Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals.

· Assist in curriculum development and program improvement.

· Participate in academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of the department.

· Engage with industry for practical exposure, case studies, and guest lectures.

· Support accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

· Master’s degree in Finance/Management with UGC-NET qualification (mandatory).

· Ph.D. in Finance or related field (preferred/mandatory as per UGC norms).

· Demonstrated research ability with publications in peer-reviewed journals.

· Teaching or industry experience in Finance will be an added advantage.

Desirable Skills

· Knowledge of financial modeling, analytics, and emerging fintech areas.

· Proficiency in financial software and statistical tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Python, Bloomberg).

Strong communication, mentoring, and academic writing skills.
