Job Description

MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY in Gurgaon seeks a Service Assistant with 1–4 years’ experience. Support Relationship Managers and Advisors with client queries, follow-ups and daily servicing; maintain CRM records and track tasks; assist client onboarding, documentation and report preparation; coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure timely request closure. Ideal candidate has client servicing, operations or wealth-support experience, strong organization, attention to detail and effective communication. Fast-paced role with growth opportunity.
