Job Description
Masstera seeks a full-time Social Media Executive to own end-to-end social presence and support lead generation. Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp Business; create/repurpose Reels, Shorts, carousels, posts and stories; edit short videos (CapCut/InShot/VN), design in Canva; handle DMs, comments, leads, telecalling and follow-ups; maintain trackers and coordinate discovery calls. Requirements: 0–3 years, platform experience, basic video/Canva skills, English/Hindi communication. Location: Hybrid (Thane, Maharashtra). Pay: ₹11,926–₹15,00/month.
