Job Description
MashupStack (www.mashupstack.com) is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Palarivattom, Kochi. We prefer freshers with 0 to 6 months of experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer and lead phone calls
- Addressing direct customer queries
- Creating and maintaining Excel sheets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email writing)
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
