Job Description
The Bartender/Server at Masagram Country Resort prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains bar hygiene, manages stock and records, coordinates billing, and enforces safety and licensing policies. You will follow standard recipes, control portions, verify guest age, and recommend beverages while delivering friendly, timely service at the bar, poolside, or restaurant. Required: 1-3 years’ bartender experience (hotel/resort preferred), knowledge of spirits and cocktails, inventory control, good communication, and availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays. Full-time permanent role; pay ₹10,00–₹19,00/month. Benefits include meals, health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund. Work location: in person.
