Job Description

MAS Associates seeks a Collection Executive to contact customers with overdue loan or credit card payments via calls and field visits; explain dues, interest, penalties and repayment options; remind EMI dates and assist timely payments; maintain a polite, professional tone; record call details and payment commitments in the system; coordinate with field collections for hard cases; escalate fraud, non-response or disputes to supervisors; meet daily/monthly recovery targets; ensure RBI and bank compliance; and prepare daily and weekly collection reports. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹10,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits: health insurance.
