Job Description
Location: Kamalgazi, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹10,00 – ₹18,00 (Based on experience)
- PF, ESIC, Mediclaim Insurance, Performance-Based Incentives
Eligibility:
- Gender: Male & Female
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduation preferred
- Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; Basic English is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Pitch suitable products/services
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships
Skills Required:
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
