Job Description

Martech Simplified is hiring a Paid Ads Executive (6 months–1 year experience) to execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Responsibilities: manage daily budgets, bids, campaign performance; coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copy and assets; track leads, CPL and ROAS; prepare performance reports; and run basic A/B tests to improve conversions. Eligibility: hands-on Meta and/or Google Ads experience, understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns, basic analytics and Excel skills. Agency or healthcare campaign experience preferred. Location: Kamothe. Job type: Full-time, in person. Salary: ₹10,00–₹15,00 per month; CTC as per experience.
