Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include supervising meal preparation, managing the cooking team, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation, maintaining inventory and portion control, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and assisting with menu development. The ideal candidate has a culinary diploma or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in a professional kitchen, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with food safety regulations.
