Job Description
Lead and manage all kitchen operations as Executive Chef, overseeing menu development, recipe standardization, food quality, and presentation. Control food cost, budgeting, purchasing, and supplier relations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Recruit, train and schedule culinary staff, maintain inventory and optimize workflows to deliver consistent high-quality guest experiences. Collaborate with management on concept, catering and special events. Requirements: minimum 7 years culinary experience with 3+ in leadership, strong knowledge of modern and classic techniques, cost-management skills, excellent communication, and food safety certification. Degree or formal culinary training preferred.
