Job Description

You will manage the reservation system, confirm and amend bookings, coordinate with front desk and sales, process payments, deliver excellent guest service, and promote upselling opportunities. Candidate must have excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, experience with PMS or booking platforms, good time management, and ability to work flexible shifts. A customer-focused attitude and ability to handle high-volume enquiries are essential.
