Job Description

We are seeking an organized Events Executive to plan and deliver corporate and public events from concept to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, managing budgets and schedules, handling venue logistics, liaising with clients and marketing teams, and ensuring excellent on-site execution. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ event experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and flexible hours. Proficiency in event software and MS Office is preferred. A proactive, customer-focused attitude and ability to multitask are essential.
