Job Description
We seek a Guest Relation Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our property. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, assist with inquiries, and coordinate services to ensure satisfaction.
Key duties include handling reservations, liaising with departments, resolving complaints, maintaining guest records, and providing concierge services with professionalism and discretion.
