Job Description
We are seeking a professional Residences Concierge to deliver exceptional service to residents in a luxury residential property. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, coordinating deliveries and maintenance, managing reservations and local services, handling inquiries, and ensuring building security protocols. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with property management systems, a customer-focused attitude, and prior concierge or hospitality experience. Flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
