Job Description
Join our team as a Guest Relations Executive responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries and complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and operations, process check-in/check-out, and maintain guest records. Required: strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, fluency in English, one to two years hospitality experience, and familiarity with property management or booking systems.
