Job Description

We seek a motivated Commis Chef to prepare menu items to standards, assist Chef de Partie and seniors, maintain kitchen hygiene, follow food safety, receive and store supplies, control portions to reduce waste, and work under pressure. Basic culinary knowledge, teamwork, flexibility for shifts/weekends/holidays required. Hotel Management or Culinary Arts certificate preferred. Full-time, permanent. Salary ₹12,00–15,00/month. In-person.
