Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team at Map My Crop. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product queries and complaints while ensuring high satisfaction.
Required: 0-1 year of customer service experience, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and basic computer knowledge. Graduates with strong communication skills preferred.
