Job Description
Join our team at Manorama Online as a Customer Care Assistant. In this role, you will conduct inbound and outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, presenting products and services while generating leads for our sales team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and achieving daily/weekly targets.
To be successful, you must have a Plus 2 or Degree, excellent communication skills, and a background in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
Locations include Kottayam, Kochi, Kollam, Thrissur, Calicut, and Trivandrum.
