Job Description
We are hiring a Receptionist for Mamata Diagnostic and Polyclinic Pvt. Ltd. Candidate should have front-desk or hospital/diagnostic centre experience; patient registration, billing and report handling preferred. Core duties: greet patients, manage appointments and records, coordinate with lab, radiology and medical staff, handle billing/payments/insurance, dispatch reports, and manage calls and reception area. Required skills: excellent communication (local language + English), computer proficiency (MS Word/Excel, email), typing, multitasking, attention to detail, and basic medical terminology preferred. Personal attributes: empathetic, punctual, honest, team player. Local candidates within 5–10 km preferred. Full-time, permanent; pay ₹7,00–10,00/month; on-site.
