Job Description
MakersHub is seeking a warm and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our reception and communication experience. You will greet and assist students, parents, and visitors. Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to provide prompt information about our programs and workshops. You will manage appointments and inquiries, assist with registrations and payments, and maintain daily records of attendance and inventory.
