Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Admission Counsellor at Makbig Learn. This full-time role involves engaging with prospective students through outbound calls, presenting our IT courses, and assisting with the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce our educational offerings and explain course details.
- Follow up on leads to foster enrollment.
- Deliver clear information about IT programs and benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Assist students with their admission applications.
Qualifications: Any Degree, excellent communication, basic IT knowledge, and strong persuasive skills.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month (Morning shift, in-person).
