Job Description
Mahindra University seeks a responsible Hostel Warden to manage hostel operations, ensure safety, discipline and student welfare. The role includes overseeing daily hostel administration, entry/exit permissions, room allotments, supervising staff, addressing maintenance, and serving as first contact for grievances and counseling. The Warden will enforce anti-ragging and conduct policies, respond to emergencies, and foster a supportive residential environment. Candidates should hold a graduate degree with 3–5 years’ experience in hostel or student affairs, possess strong communication and conflict-management skills, be willing to reside on campus, and demonstrate integrity, empathy and physical and mental fitness for demanding schedules.
