Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of KAM Sales. In this role, you will manage key account relationships, ensuring a smooth resolution of existing issues and enhancing customer engagement. Responsibilities include improving business share, developing better schemes with financiers, and liaising between product development and marketing teams. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and an MBA are preferred, with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Skills needed: Consumer Focus, Product Knowledge, Sales Planning, and strong Interpersonal Skills.
