Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement and planning of casting and forging parts required for vehicles and aggregates such as engines, transmissions, and axles. Key responsibilities also include utilizing IT tools (DBM, LTP, MRP), managing supplier capacity, and overseeing inventory management. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry, along with a degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering. We focus on cost-saving initiatives in packaging, materials, and logistics.
