Job Description
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, resolving complaints, and informing customers about our latest products to boost sales.
This role involves engaging in strategic planning, expanding our customer base through upselling and cross-selling, ensuring individual customer needs are met.
