Job Description
Join our team at MAGIL SWEETS as a Customer Care Executive! This position will report directly to management and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sweet shop.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining customer relationships and history, upholding shop standards, focusing on customer satisfaction, and managing daily sales activities.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers, with a pay range of ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
Shifts available: Day, Evening, Morning, Rotational, and Weekend. Fluency in Tamil and English is required.
