Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager (Contracts) responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts such as Share Subscription Agreements, NDAs, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of corporate legal experience and strong expertise in contract lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities include contract negotiations, drafting in-house templates, and conducting legal research. Candidates must hold an LLB and an LLM with a specialization in Company Law or an equivalent qualification.
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
