Join us as Warehouse Supervisor (B2C). You will lead daily B2C warehouse operations, manage picking/packing/shipping, ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety and productivity KPIs, train and schedule staff, coordinate with customer service and logistics, and implement process improvements. Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience in B2C e-commerce or FMCG warehouse, strong leadership, knowledge of WMS and inventory control, forklift license preferred, attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines.
