Job Description
Madona Industries seeks a Project Co-ordinator to ensure every confirmed job flows smoothly from sales to production to delivery. You are the control point — not a designer or salesperson — responsible for receiving confirmed jobs, verifying specifications, coordinating daily with production, tracking timelines and deliveries, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring designs, materials and approvals are ready, and maintaining job tracking. Must have strong follow-up, multitasking, clear communication, attention to detail, basic Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp skills, and calmness under pressure. Advantage: experience in print/production/fabrication, familiarity with job cards, BOMs and basic design specs. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹11,873.84–₹25,713.65/month. Work Location: In person.
