Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding profile creation, matches, and premium services
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting free users to premium memberships
• Maintain user data, interactions, and status in CRM tools.
• Ensure excellent relationship management and client satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive customer data with professionalism and confidentiality
• Manage telecallers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates with prior experience in matrimonial portals or customer-facing roles will be given preference.
• Minimum educational qualification required is a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in communication in both Malayalam and English is essential.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, data entry, and CRM tools, is mandatory.
• Applicants with prior experience as a Team Leader in customer service, telecalling, or relationship management are encouraged to apply.
